Li2 Hexapod

Li2-Hexapod robot is a mechanical vehicle that walks on six legs. Since a robot can be statically stable on three or more legs, a hexapod robot has a great deal of flexibility in how it can move.

During the workshop participants will be introduced to various aspects of design, construction and control of legged robots with increased focus on Hexapods. The workshop course content is designed with an optimum blend of theory and hands-on sessions. The participants will work on how to construct and interface each limb to perform different gaits using an advanced controller specially designed for legged robots which is capable of controlling 12 motors simultaneously. The participants will get an in depth knowledge of legged robot operations and their applications.
